At the Browncoat Ball 2016, the Utah hosts introduced the Guild Conclave as a way to provide a break-the-ice activity that would continue interaction throughout the weekend. Each Weekend Pass holder was inducted into a Guild, and then given a “passport” style book with places for recording various activities. Each Guild has a backstory placing it the ‘Verse, and is associated with a specific location.
Since the ball, the Utah Browncoats have continued the Guild tradition, and have inducted new Guild members at our social gatherings. We look forward to having this be an ongoing tradition, and have created this site as a way to keep the idea alive.
